Delivery
We are located in Lenexa, Kansas. Orders are shipped daily from our Kansas facility. For overnight or express delivery service, please contact us at 800-377-4693 for shipping charges. Delivery charges are based on the merchandise total ordered for each individual address. If shipping to two or more address, delivery charges apply to each address.

Shipping
Shipping is only available to the continental United States. There is a $5.00 min. handling charge on all orders. Orders are shipped UPS and rates apply. All orders are processed and shipped promptly. We will notify you of any delays. We need a street address. UPS will not deliver to a post office box.

Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us within one week of receiving your order for exchange or refund.

A: We guarantee six months from the original date of purchase.

Q: What is the different from the Original and All-Natural Sunny Seed Drops?
A: The All-Natural Sunny Seed Drops don't have any artificial food colorings.

Q: Are any of your products Kosher?
A: Yes, only the Sunflower Cookies.

Q: Are Sunny Seed Drops gluten free?
A: No, they contain Vanillin, a wheat derived product, but Sunflower Food & Spice Company, Ltd is continually trying to develop and better our formulas to meet current health trends and demands.

Q: Do we create custom colors?
A: No, but we do try to accommodate customers with custom blends of our available colors for special events and themes. Certain quantities apply, contact sales.

Q: Do you ship FedEx?
A: No, are primary method of low-volume shipping is UPS.

Q: Do you ship COD?
A: No, accounts not on terms with us must prepay with a check, credit card, or money order.

Q: Is your website secure?
A: Once you add all your items to your cart and click checkout, you are directed to s secure site for credit card processing.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

Q: Do you have a retail storefront?
A: No, we are a wholesale manufacturer that supplies to retailers with store fronts. Ordering from the website is the only direct retail store we offer to customers.
