We are sorry, but for simple health reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund unless it is damaged in transit. However, we understand that there are exceptions to every rule. If you have a question regarding a return, please give us a call to see how we can help you. If your package was sent back to us from UPS, we will investigate the reason with UPS and possibly refund you for the product costs minus a 20% stocking fee, but not the shipping fees. As with anything, a mistake can happen. Please check your order within 48 hours. Any mistakes or damages not reported after 48 hours are no longer valid.
