Apple muffin mix with crumbly streusel topping. Delicious grab and go breakfast snack!
Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Combine package(s) except streusel muffin topping packet (marked top) with 2/3C milk, 1 egg and 2 TBSP oil. Stir until blended. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Mix topping packet with 1 TBSP melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp of mixture over each muffin. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
