Pumpkin lovers delight- rich cream cheese flavor and pumpkin spice quick bread.

DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE ALL PACKAGE(S) EXCEPT CREAM CHEESE (MARKED 2) AND THE TOPPING PACKET (MARKED TOP) IN A MIXING BOWL WITH 1 EGG, 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER, 1/4 CUP MILK, AND 1 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN. STIR UNTIL BLENDED. DOUGH WILL BE STIFF. POUR ONE HALF OF THE BATTER INTO A GREASED 9 X 5 X 4 INCH LOAF PAN OR SPRAY WITH A NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. MIX THE CREAM CHEESE PACKET (MARKED 2) WITH 2 TABLESPOONS WATER. POUR CREAM CHEESE ON TOP OF THE BATTER IN THE LOAF PAN. THEN POUR THE OTHER HALF OF THE BATTER ON TOP OF CREAM CHEESE. MIX TOPPING PACKET (MARKED TOP) WITH 1 TABLESPOON OF MELTED BUTTER AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE BATTER. BAKE FOR 40-50 MINUTES, OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN.
