Salty caramel good-ness, just add cream cheese, whipped cream and a graham cracker crust.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: 8 ounce cream cheese, 8 ounce container non-dairy whipped topping-thawed, one 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust.
DIRECTIONS: Place 8 ounce package of cream cheese in a mixing bowl and let soften (can be softened in the microwave for 1-2 minutes). Add the enclosed packet and blend together with a mixer at low speed. Add 1/2 tub of an 8 ounce carton of non dairy whipped topping (thawed in refrigerator) to this and blend at medium high speed. Then add remaining 1/2 carton of thawed whipped topping and blend again at medium high speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl till all of it is blended. Spread into an 8 or 9 inch graham cracker pie crust. Chill until set, approximately 1 hour.
Serving Suggestion: Drizzle with caramel sauce.
