These are one of our top selling muffins. Just the perfect amount of blueberry nuggets throughout the muffin with our delicious streusel topping.
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine packages (except topping packet marked TOP), with 2/3 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons oil in a mixing bowl. Stir until blended. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Mix topping packet (marked TOP) with 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle 11/2 teaspoons of mixture over each muffin. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done. Do not eat or taste dough or raw batter.
