DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. COMBINE PACKAGE (MARKED-23) WITH 2/3 CUP MILK, 1 EGG, 2 TABLESPOONS OIL. MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SPRINKLE THE PACKAGES (MARKED-EB & BH) EVENLY OVER THE BATTER. FOLD THE CINNAMON MIXTURE INTO THE BATTER 7 OR 8 TIMES. FILL GREASED MUFFIN CUPS 1/2 TO 2/3 FULL. MIX THE TOPPING PKT (MARKED-TOP) WITH 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE. SPRINKLE 1 1/2 TEASPOONS OF MIXTURE OVER EACH MUFFIN. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. MIX POWDERED SUGAR (MARKED PS) WITH 4 TEASPOONS MILK. STIR WELL AND DRIZZLE OVER THE TOP OF COOLED MUFFINS.
