Chicken enchilada soup with a kick. Cayenne, garlic and onion flavors married with cheeeeese for the win!
You will need:
-1 rotisserie chicken (shredded) or 1 can of chicken
-1 can of corn (drained)
Directions:
-Pour 5 cups water in crockpot
-Add soup mix, chicken & canned corn and stir
-Cook on low 7-8 hours
Top with queso fresco, avocado or tortilla strips
