Bloody Mary dip mix is perfect for any get together. With the perfect amount of bite to it and its intense flavor it keeps you wanting more!! Easy to make just add sour cream.
Also works great as a rub for beef, pork or chicken.
Directions for dip:
Mix contents with 2 cups of sour cream & refrigerate for 1 hour.
Directions for rib rub:
-Cover ribs with Chicago SouthSide Original Hot Sauce
-Rub slab of ribs with 1 packet of Bloody Mary Dip Mix, let flavors marry for at least one hour.
-Smoke ribs for 3 hours @ 225 Degrees
-After 3 hours of smoking, cover ribs with brown sugar and honey (GENEROUSLY) & wrap ribs in foil. Continue cooking for 2 hours
-Unwrap ribs and cook for one more hour
