Yummy carrot cake muffins with cream cheese glaze on top

DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. PRE-SOAK CARROT GRANULES IN 1/2 CUP WATER FOR 1 MINUTE IN MICROWAVE OR IN 1/2 CUP HOT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES. COMBINE FLOUR PACKAGE (MARKED 23), SPICE PACKET (MARKED /), WITH 2/3 CUP MILK, 1 EGG, 2 TABLESPOONS OIL, AND UNDRAINED PRE-SOAKED CARROT GRANULES. MIX UNTIL BLENDED. FILL GREASED MUFFIN CUPS 1/2 TO 2/3 FULL. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. MIX POWDERED SUGAR (MARKED PS) AND CREAM CHEESE PACKET (MARKED 2), WITH 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER AND 5 TEASPOONS WATER. STIR WELL AND DRIZZLE OVER THE TOP OF COOLED MUFFINS.
