Directions: Rinse beans. Cover with water and soak for 3 hours. Put beans in 2.5 quarts of water and add 1lb. of ham and the enclosed packet of spices. Cook at least 4 hours. After the beans cook, add 2 small cans of tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
