Bold cheese and chive flavors; these breads are quick and easy, all you add is a 12 oz. can of beer, mix and bake.
We do not recommend for use in a bread machine.
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all package(s) in a mixing bowl. Pour in one (12 oz. can) beer (room temperature), and stir until blended. Pour batter into a well-greased (can spray with non-stick cooking spray) bread pan (9x5x4-inch). Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and pour over the bread batter. Bake 55-60 minutes or until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan. Yield 1 loaf.
Note: Can substitute ginger ale or club soda for the 12 oz. (room temperature) beer. Do not eat or taste dough or raw batter.
